This is a sideline out of bounds play from the zipper series. It creates a scoring opportunity for the inbounder.

O5 sets a down screen for O3. After the screen O5 posts up. O1 can either pass to O3 or O5.

If the ball is passed to O3, O4 sets a down screen for O2. O3 passes the ball to O2.

Option 1:
If X1 overplays O1 he gets a staggered base screen from O5 and O4. O2 has two options: either O1 for a jump shot or O5 who can slip the screen if his defender bumps O1.

Option 2:
If X1 expects the base screen and therefore plays O1 from the baseline side, O1 fakes to the baseline and comes off a staggered screen from O5 and O3.
